The Ex Chiesa di Santa Chiara Murano - a newly restored medieval church on the island of Murano in Venice, Italy - offers visitors an experience of authentic Murano glass and Venetian arts and culture such as does not exist anywhere else in Venice.  Here you can see live demonstrations of Murano glass making by contemporary glass masters, create your own perfumes using the perfume bottles made in our Furnace or sip a glass of wine while watching our Glass Masters at work. 

To reach The Ex Chiesa di Santa Chiara Murano:  
1. Take the water bus in the direction of "Murano".
2. Get off of the water bus at "Colonna"; The first stop on the island of Murano.
3. From the boat platform, follow the street that runs slightly to the right and turns inside of the island along the canal.  This is Fondamenta dei Vetrai.
4. Cross the first bridge on the right.
5. Turn right at the foot of the bridge.
6. Go forward until you pass through the large metal gates.
7. Take the first street on the left.
8. The Ex Chiesa di Santa Chiara will be on your left.
